Riley O’Regan serves as an Assistant Coach with the University of Tampa program, bringing energy, knowledge, and a student-athlete perspective to the Spartans’ staff. A former NCAA Division II competitor, O’Regan draws from her own experience in collegiate athletics to mentor Tampa’s student-athletes both on and off the field.

As a Spartan alumna, O’Regan was known for her leadership, dedication, and competitive drive, consistently contributing to the team’s success throughout her collegiate career. Her understanding of Tampa’s championship culture allows her to seamlessly translate her experience as a player into her coaching philosophy one centered on communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In her current role, O’Regan assists with all aspects of the program, including skill development, recruiting, and game preparation. She is passionate about fostering a positive environment that emphasizes academic success, athletic performance, and personal growth, ensuring that each student-athlete reaches their full potential.
