NCAA South Regional: Championship Saturday
TAMPA, Fla. - An eight-team field now stands at two as the 2013 NCAA Division II Volleyball South Regional championship is slated for Saturday at the Bob Martinez Athletics Center.
Top-seed and host University of Tampa will meet No. 6 University of West Florida at 7 p.m., with the winner advancing to the eight-team NCAA Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on December 12-14..
The Argonauts defeated a pair of Sunshine State Conference opponents on the road to the finals, topping Eckerd in five sets and Rollins in four. The Spartans have notched three-set wins over Kentucky State and Florida Southern.
