Spartans Remain Atop AVCA Top 25 Poll
LEXINGTON, Ky. - For the second consecutive week, The University of Tampa volleyball team holds the top spot in the CSTV/AVCA Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll. The Spartans received 29 of the 36 first-place votes to edge Cal State San Bernardino and Minnesota-Duluth.
UT has now been represented in the national top-25 for 153 consecutive weeks. This marks the nation's second longest current streak as Central Missouri State holds the current honors. The defending national champions have also been ranked as the nation's top team for a total of 14 weeks in program history, including three in the 2007 season.
