In singles, Tampa battled throughout the lineup and broke through at No. 4, where Linn Eriksson Sundling staged an impressive comeback. After dropping the first set, Eriksson Sundling forced a second‑set tiebreak before clinching the match in a 10–7 super‑tiebreak to put the Spartans on the board.
