Spartan Tennis Set To Host Eckerd, Campus Kids Day

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa tennis team will welcome Eckerd College in a matchup that will also serve as a designated Campus Kids' Day by the United States Tennis Association (USTA).

Through the promotion, the local community is encouraged to attend the match at the UT Tennis Complex.

Campus Kids' Days are designed to expose more junior players (and their parents and coaches) to college tennis varsity team matches. Fans will be encouraged to participate in a variety of promotional activities such as raffles, exhibition matches, fast-serve contests, autograph signings, clinics, etc.

Attendance, food, refreshments and promotions are free to those who attend the match.

The match between the Spartans and Tritons is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to participate in pre-match festivities.
