Spartan Women’s Soccer Sets Tryout Date

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa women's soccer team will hold an open tryout for currently enrolled UT students (Fall 2010 semester) on Sun., Aug. 29 at 8 a.m. The tryout will be at Pepin Stadium and players need to have proper equipment, including soccer cleats and shin guards.

All players will need the following or you will not be permitted to tryout: a copy of a physical taken within six months from our tryout date (March 6, 2010 to September 8, 2010). Without a copy of this physical you will not be permitted to tryout: this is an NCAA rule.

All students are asked to be there at 7:45 a.m. to sign a medical waiver and provide contact information. We also ask that each player bring a copy of a resume which outlines your soccer playing experience along with your education background - please include year of high school graduation.

Please note that this tryout is for current UT students only and you must bring your UT student ID updated for the Fall 2010 semester. This will be the only tryout for the fall semester and should last about one hour.
