Avila Named SSC Defensive Player of the Week Again
TAMPA, Fla. - Isabella Avila wins SSC DPOTW for the second consecutive week.
In the Spartans' .500 week, Avila tied a program record for most caused turnovers with six in the road win at Rollins, while also adding seven draw controls and three ground balls. While at Florida Southern, she added another caused turnover and recorded three draw controls and three ground balls. This is Avila's second weekly honor of her career.
