Bio
Erin Ebert joined the University of Tampa staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2026 season.
Ebert joins the Tampa staff after previously serving on the coaching staff at Furman University and Coastal Carolina. Ebert started off as an assistant at Furman in 2017 and was later promoted to associate head coach in 2021. During her time at Furman, she helped lead the Paladins to two SoCon regular-season championships in 2019 and 2021 and to three consecutive SoCon Tournament championship games (2018, 2019, and 2021).
She coached seven All-SoCon performers during her time in Greenville, including the 2021 SoCon Offensive Player of the Year, Hannah Demis, and the SoCon Freshman of the Year, Meagan Beal. Demis finished the 2021 campaign ranked fourth nationally in both assists and assists per game, and 19th in points, while Kyra LaMotte earned first-team All-SoCon accolades after ranking 15th in the nation for goals scored and 21st in goals per game. Ebert then went on to become the associate head coach at Coastal Carolina, where she spent nearly two years with the Chanticleers. In her roles at Furman and Coastal Carolina, Ebert served as the program’s offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator while overseeing the draw team.
Ebert had a distinguished lacrosse career at Northwestern University, where she was one of the most decorated student-athletes in the nation. A two-time IWLCA All-American (2012, 2013) and Tewaaraton Award nominee in 2013, Ebert helped lead Northwestern to back-to-back NCAA Women's Lacrosse National Championships in 2011 and 2012, along with a national finalist finish in 2010. She was also named First-Team All-American Lacrosse Conference in 2012 and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors during her career.
Ebert earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University in 2013 and was recognized on the Dean's List. She married Jeremy Ebert in March of 2018. The couple has two sons, James and Asher.
