Heather Nicolosi Picks Up Fourth SSC Runner of the Week Award

ORLANDO, Fla. - The University of Tampa's Heather Nicolosi has again been named Sunshine State Conference Cross Country Female Runner of the Week, for the period ending October 24. This marks the fourth time Nicolosi has earned the award in 2010.

Nicolosi, a junior from Seminole, Fla., posted a season-best 6K time of 20:59 to place first of 99 runners at the Florida Southern Invitational. Nicolosi's performance lifted the Spartans to a first-place finish in the 10-team field.
