Heather Nicolosi Repeats As SSC Female Runner Of The Week

ORLANDO, Fla. - For the second consecutive week, University of Tampa women's cross country runner Heather Nicolosi has been tabbed as the Sunshine State Conference Female Runner of the Week.

Nicolosi, a senior form Seminole, Fla., posted a season-best time of 17:55.26 to finish seventh of 130 runners at the Florida State Invitational in Tallahassee. Behind Nicolosi's strong showing, the Spartans finished six of 11 teams competing at the event.
