Bryan Wright Selected As SSC Player of the Week for the Second Time

MELBOURNE, Fla. – For the second time in as many weeks, the University of Tampa's Bryan Wright has earned Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the Week. 

Wright earned the award after leading the Spartans to a 24-7 win over the Young Harris College Mountain Lions. In the game, he set two career-highs as he notched his first five-goal game and scooped up seven groundballs. 

For the season, Wright has tallied nine goals, nine groundballs, and one assist. 

Wright and the rest of the Spartans will be back in action on Saturday as they will be on the road in Lakeland. UT will square off against Florida Southern at 1:00 p.m.
