Mississippi College got on the board first in the top of the fourth, with an RBI single. | 1-0 Mississippi College. The Choctaws would score another off Michael Paul with a single in the second inning. | 2-0 Mississippi College. MC would add another run in the third, with a bases-load walk. | 3-0 Mississippi College. The Spartans would get one back in the bottom of the third with a Sac Fly from Drew Ehrhard to score Nicholas Winklemeyer. | 3-1 Mississippi College. In the fifth inning, Ehrhard would bring in Josh Rulli to score another Spartan run. | 3-2 Mississippi College.
