DAHLONEGA, Ga. - An extra-inning Home Run by Danny Maynard leads the Spartans over the Nighthawks.

• Danny Sirven hit a three-run Home Run in the first, scoring Sam Freitas and Nick Derr. T1 | 3-0 Tampa

• Cole Perry scored in the second on a Nick DeTringo sacrifice bunt. Mikey Navarette would then score an RBI single by Freitas. T2 | 5-0 Tampa

• The Nighthawks responded in the bottom of the second, scoring four runs on a pair of Home Runs. B2 | 5-4 Tampa

• Danny Blair scored a run in the fourth on a DeTringo ground out. T4 | 6-4 Tampa

• Nick Derr scored in the fifth to increase Tampa's lead. T5 | 7-4 Tampa

• North Georgia struck back in the sixth, scoring two runs. B6 | 7-6 Tampa

• The Nighthawks scored two runs in the seventh, taking the lead. B7 | 8-7 North Georgia

• Alec Aleywine scores to tie the game on a Blair RBI single. T8 | 8-8 Tampa

• Sirven drove in Freitas with an RBI single to give the Spartans the lead. T9 | 9-8 Tampa

• North Georgia scores one run to tie the game in the ninth. B9 | 9-9 Tampa

• Danny Maynard hit a two-run Home Run in the 11th to give Tampa the lead. T11 | 11-9 Tampa

INSIDE THE STATS:

• Maynard had the game-winning hit, a two-run Home Run, in the eleventh. He batted one for one on the day.

• Sirven was two for four on the day, hitting a Home Run while tallying four RBI's and scoring two runs.

• Freitas batted three for six, scoring two runs with one RBI.
