Bio

E.J. Doskow is in his first year as Athletic Communications Assistant and serves as the primary communications contact for the university’s soccer and softball programs. He also serves as a secondary contact for basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, cross country, swimming, volleyball, and lacrosse.

Doskow is a member of the Athletic Communications management team, playing a key role in department-wide strategy, brand development, and digital growth initiatives. He is directly involved in planning and executing comprehensive communications strategies that align with the department’s national brand and championship standards.

He oversees all facets of social media strategy and execution for multiple programs, including content planning, analytics tracking, audience growth initiatives, and real-time engagement. Since his arrival, Doskow has elevated the department’s digital presence by launching and expanding TikTok accounts for several teams, driving exponential engagement and positioning those accounts among the national leaders within NCAA Division II. His data-driven approach to storytelling and platform-specific content creation has significantly expanded reach, impressions, and follower growth across all major platforms.

On gamedays, Doskow directs full-scale communications operations for his assigned sports, including live statistical coordination, real-time social media coverage, in-game content creation, media relations, press box management, and postgame reporting. He oversees live video streaming production, manages student and support staff, coordinates photographers and videographers, and ensures accurate, timely statistical reporting and website updates. His ability to execute multi-platform coverage in fast-paced environments has strengthened the department’s reputation for professional, high-level gameday presentation.

In addition to his sport oversight, Doskow plays an integral role in the department’s creative team, producing high-impact graphic design content that supports the most followed athletic department in NCAA Division II. His work spans recruiting graphics, milestone features, schedule releases, championship branding, and promotional campaigns, further reinforcing the university’s national brand presence.

Through innovation, organization, and a commitment to storytelling excellence, Doskow continues to enhance the visibility and competitive brand of the department across all digital and traditional media platforms.
