Tampa Cheerleading Wins National Championship at 2026 College Classic
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The University of Tampa Cheerleaders took home the National Championship at the 2026 College Classic, securing a back-to-back championship after also winning in 2025. The College Classic saw over 200 teams competing for the national title.
At the 2026 NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, the University of Tampa All-Girl Cheer team earned an impressive fifth-place finish in the DII Advanced All-Girl division, one of the most competitive divisions in collegiate cheer. This victory also places the University of Tampa Cheer as the No. 1-ranked program in the state of Florida.
The NCA National Championship featured over 700 college teams and more than 11,000 athletes from across the country, making it the largest collegiate cheerleading event in the world.
