After the Eagles were able to get the second out of the inning, they intentionally walked Sittloh placing runners at first and second. Miner made the Eagles pay as she hit a single to left-center field that scored Press. Pascoe and Breanna Taphouse came in to replace Sittloh and Miner respectively as pinch runners. Maddie Farrell got a single up the middle on a 1-2 count that scored Pascoe and gave UT a 3-0 lead.
