Following Historic Week, Lauren Moore Earns Top SSC Honors

ORLANDO, Fla. – The University of Tampa's Lauren Moore was honored as the Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the Week, presented by VALIC. Eckerd's Dana Treat was also named the defensive recipient.

Moore, a sophomore midfielder from Tampa, Fla., exploded for 19 points in a trio of Spartan wins last week.

Moore opened the week with a school-record five goals in a 13-0 shellacking of Florida Memorial. She then tallied two goals in each of UT's victories over Warner (14-1) and Mercy (3-1). Moore also added an assist in the decision over Warner.
